1. Data controller
MyZenRental is the trading name responsible for processing. You can contact us at laura.perez@myzenrental.com or in Benitatxell, Alicante, Spain.
2. Data processed
The form requests your name, telephone number, email address, location and message. We do not request special categories of data; do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to answer your request, prepare a proposal and communicate about the services you enquired about. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in managing and documenting the communication. We will not use these data for marketing without a separate legal basis.
4. Form provider and recipients
The form sends the request to the secure api.myzenrental.com/contact endpoint so that MyZenRental can receive and respond to it. Technical providers may also access data where necessary to host the infrastructure, provide the service or comply with a legal obligation.
